Al Fairooz
The first phase of the Dubai Marina project, Marina 1 comprises of six towers housing 1100 residential units equipped with the most advanced technology. The first 3 towers have been named after precious stones, namely 'Murjan' consisting of 40 storeys, 'Al Mass' with 31 storeys and 'Fairooz' which will have 23 storeys.
