Emaar sees 10pc Burj return, rules out merger
Dubai's Emaar Properties said on Monday the world's tallest building, Burj Dubai, has a 10 per cent return for the company, and ruled out any merger with state-linked firm Nakheel.
Chairman Mohamed Alabbar told reporters at a press briefing for the opening of the Burj Dubai there were no plans to merge with Nakheel, after the company cancelled a merger with Dubai Holding in December.
