Manara Developments, a Bahrain-based real estate development company, has recently appointed a new managing director, who will manage the company’s strategic expansion plans and real estate portfolio on a wider regional level.

Manara’s newly appointed managing director, Dr Hasan Al Bastaki is a renowned professional figure with over 21 years of experience in the public, private, and academic sectors in the Bahrain and North America.

“We are very happy to have Dr Al Bastaki join our Manara team and we are confident that his wealth of experience will be essential in driving our business plan forward,” said Yousif Taqi, chairman of Manara Developments.

“Dr Al Bastaki brings a wealth of expertise to the table, allowing for even greater strides to be made towards further strategic expansion in Bahrain and abroad,” he added.

“Dr Al Bastaki’s appointment comes at a very crucial time in the company’s growth as Manara prepares to expand its project portfolio across the Mena region.”

Al Bastaki also clarified that the projects currently under the Amar Holdings portfolio will continue as planned and will be developed and managed by Manara Developments Company.
