Mada'in plans exclusive preview at Cityscape
Mada'in Properties said it will launch an exclusive preview of multi-billion dollar projects - three new premium properties as well as some of its future projects and development plans - during Cityscape Dubai.
The three strategically located prime projects - Bay Terrace in Business Bay, H Tower in Al Meydan City and the Rubix residential buildings in Dubai World Central - are expected to be top attractions at the high-profile exhibition at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from October 6 to 9.
The UAE's top-notch Shariah-compliant property developer said it will showcase its projects at a specially prepared double-deck exhibition area on stand ZD20 of the Zabeel Hall.
Bay Terrace is poised to be the third project to be launched by Mada'in Properties after the Marina Arcade at the Dubai Marina and The Domain at Dubai Silicon Oasis, blending elegance and excellence as reflected by its lavishly crafted apartment units, duplexes and penthouses incorporated within a luxurious 21-floor, fully equipped tower facility.
The Rubix and the H Tower represent a new line of lifestyle projects that will reinforce Mada'in Properties' distinct signature touch in design concept and fine detail.
"Amid the ongoing real estate rush that is sweeping across the UAE market, Mada'in Properties has remained committed to its strategy to develop truly distinct and unique properties that offer maximum investment value to investors and deliver optimum lifestyle benefits to end-users.
"We are thus pleased to showcase the key features of our Bay Terrace, The Rubix and H Tower projects – all important additions to our high-profile portfolio that are poised to stand out as premium properties in the most exclusive districts in Dubai," said Abdul Aziz Al Awar, CEO of Mada'in Properties.
"Cityscape Dubai will serve as the perfect platform to generate market exposure for these exciting, new projects because of the event's excellent reputation as a definitive meeting point among all segments of the real estate industry.
"Moreover, we are also looking forward to present an exclusive preview of some of our future projects and development plans, which are keenly anticipated by many investors and high-end property buyers. As such, visitors can expect a highly informative and entertaining presentation, specifically designed to help us connect and communicate effectively with our target markets," added Al Awar.
Located on a prime area measuring 33,689 sq feet and with a total built-up area of 168,445 sq feet, Bay Terrace offers a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments along with duplex-type accommodations and penthouses at the top floors. Amenities include separate fitness centers for men and women, a roof garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and ample parking spaces.
The Rubix project is a residential development consisting of three buildings and a unique common Grand Plaza at the ground floor. With a total built-up area of 370,000 sq feet, the project will have studio, one and two-bedroom apartments along with fitness centers and swimming pools for men and women, parking spaces distributed at the basement floor, and other key residential amenities.
Offering a total built-up area of 452,064 sq feet, the H Tower is a mixed-use development comprising a 10-storey office tower and a 23-storey residential tower equipped with one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses at the top floors.
The H Tower will also feature a retail area at the ground level, a complete line of leisure, recreational and fitness facilities for men and women, and ample parking area distributed at different levels.
