Emaar Bawadi launches Maysan Towers

Emaar Bawadi has unveiled the Maysan Towers, the first residential tower complex comprising three high-rise apartment towers within the 70 m sq ft Asmaran master-planned community in Bawadi.
Emaar Bawadi is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Bawadi, a member of Tatweer.

Bawadi is envisaged as the longest chain of luxury hotels in the world along a 10 kilometers stretch which will add 51 luxury hotels, 40m sq ft retail space and more than 60,000 rooms to Dubai.

This will be the first launch to be held at the Asmaran sales centre, which showcases a model two-bedroom apartment thus offering home-owners a true representation of the Maysan residential apartment experience. Several financial institutions will offer easy home finance options.

Designed in elegant Mediterranean style, the Maysan community comprises three high-rise residential towers of 30, 26 and 24 storeys.

Located within the entertainment and hospitality districts of Asmaran, Maysan captures the verve and dynamism of the project with the Bawadi Square, Bawadi Boulevard and a retail & entertainment souk in close proximity.

Maysan is also in easy access to a number of world-class hotels including the world’s largest hotel in Bawadi. Residents can enjoy a range of podium level amenities including swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium, children’s play area and games room apart from underground parking and retail facilities.

Arif Mubarak, chief executive officer, Bawadi, said Asmaran was a path-breaking development that would bring a new lifestyle choice to Bawadi.

'An integrated lifestyle community, Asmaran’s new apartment complex will appeal to those who prefer a home in one of the most happening destinations in Dubai, yet removed from the bustle of the city.'

'Maysan Towers will offer residents a distinctive experience marked by elegant architecture, a location advantage within Bawadi and easy accessibility from Dubai’s main highways,' he noted.

Issam Galadari, managing director, Emaar Bawadi, explained: “Maysan Towers were the first residential apartments to be showcased at Asmaran, an integrated neighborhood that has established itself as a sought-after home destination.'

'The launch follows the roll-out of the Teema townhouse community, which opened to overwhelming customer response. The Maysan Residential Towers complex highlights the development expertise of Emaar and Bawadi, two of the leading developers in Dubai,' he added.

Only minutes away from the Bawadi Square, the Maysan Towers community is set in lushly landscaped surroundings, and will feature a range of lifestyle amenities such as indoor retail outlets and community services.

When completed in phases, Asmaran will be home to over 55,000 people and will feature a family-oriented theme park with a wide range of attractions.

Asmaran also features 4 million sq ft of commercial space; a mall with gross leas able area of 3 million sq ft and several retailers; more than 5,300 serviced apartments, and nine world-class hotels with over 5,150 keys. All facilities within the project will be linked by internal roads and walkways leading to a central community centre.

Potential customers can register interest online at www.emaar.com on June 29, 2008 from 6am to 6 pm, Galadari said
