A dedicated sales team will manage it, the company said. </p> <p>"Abu Dhabi is one of the strongest markets for Emaar with customers from the Emirate showing overwhelming sales interest in our projects. The new sales centre will greatly add to their convenience by assuring them professional service and extensive information on Emaar s various developments," said Emaar Properties sales director Saif Al Mansoori.</p> <p>Emaar already has dedicated sales centers in Downtown Burj Dubai, Emaar Business Park and Umm Al Quwain Marina, which undertakes sale of the company's varied project portfolio.</p> <p>"As with all our other sales centers, customers can walk into the Abu Dhabi Sales Centre and buy any of Emaar's properties across the UAE. Additionally, they can explore home finance options from several financial institutions, and discuss with sales and finance professionals on the finer details of their investment plans," said Al Mansoori.</p> <p>Managing Emaar's dedicated Abu Dhabi sales team is Ibrahim Nader Al Qubaisi, who has over 13 years of experience.</p> <p>"Demand for world-class residences and commercial property continues to grow in the UAE. The Emaar Sales Center in Abu Dhabi will be a new experience for customers in the Emirate by offering personalized service in a highly professional environment.
