As a result, we ve had an incredible response at Abu Dhabi and at the International Property Show last week in Dubai," said CEO, Imagine Homes, Grant Bovey.</p> <p>"Imagine Homes has sold millions of Dirhams worth of property and the shows have been a conduit for the kind of interest we know is in the region."</p> <p>In the wake of success from the recent shows, Imagine Homes held an Open Day last weekend, at the newly established Dubai offices at Park Place on Sheikh Zayed Road, which allowed investors to take a one-on-one look at the organization's unique product.</p> <p>Meanwhile, International Business Development director Alan Wheatley outlined that the potency of the Imagine Homes offering, which lies in the fact that investors get a ready-made UK investment 'package', guaranteeing 15 per cent of the purchase price in rental returns over two years after purchase. Additionally, Imagine Homes manages the maintenance, furnishing and tenancy of all of its properties.</p> <p>"We understand that the regional investor is becoming more discerning and looking for alternative opportunities to build international portfolios.
