219 units of The Villa project released
Dubai Properties, the real estate master developer, has released an additional 219 units of The Villa project in Dubailand to buyers and investors.
The Villa is a Dh8 billion ($2.17 billion) freehold development project with 1,814 Spanish-style residential communities.
"We are very pleased with the enormous success that the Villa project has received from our loyal customers and investors. Therefore, to meet the rising demand for these villas, Dubai Properties has developed and released an additional 219 units," said chief officer, Projects, Dubai Properties, Haiyan Mujarkech.
The Villa is an enchanting residential retreat, inspired by generous spaces for outdoor living, the coolness and tranquility of Spanish style courtyard housing. The exterior theme of the development is based on the legendary Spanish cities of Cordoba, Granada, Valencia, Marbella, and Mallorca.
The residences at The Villa feature four, five and six bedroom Spanish-style courtyard villas with terraces that offer views of the surrounding lush landscape and waterways.
