The project comprises of 600 villas as a part of  The Villa residential project, master planned by Dubai Properties.</p> <p>The main developer had completed the infrastructure works for the project, and handed over the plots for Al Mazaya, which invited first class contractors to bid for the constructional works; with the contracts now awarded, and the work commenced.</p> <p>Through this show, Al Mazaya is aiming to complete  The Villa within the scheduled 18 months, while providing a marketing tool for the project owners. The company has designed three models of the project that showcase all the specifications in terms of finishing and furniture.</p> <p>These models can be easily used by owners to facilitate their choosing of the specifications they wish, after the viewing of all their available options.</p> <p>"It was not an easy task for us to reach this stage. However despite the difficulties we have experienced, we have been determined to move from the preparation phase into the execution phase. We are keen to share every stage of the development with our valued clients via these three live models of the project, which enable investors, clients, owners and visitors to view all its specifications," said Al Nafisi.</p> <p>In a bid to incorporate the highest standard of creative interiors, Al Mazaya commissioned the award-winning Spanish interior designer Perla Lichi to create luxurious home interiors and layout for the necessary specifications of the project.</p> <p>Lichi has completed the interiors and supervised the execution, too. Al Mazaya added a collection of eye catching furniture to add to the tone of the stunning architecture, before finally inviting contractors to bid for the execution.</p> <p>"The Villa" is a prestigious residential property development that includes entertainment facilities, green spaces, health clubs and mosques. The project was designed in accordance with the  Santa Victoria architectural system, set by Dubai Properties, the master planner.
